Andrew Hely
Managing Director
With a career spanning over two decades in various financial, commercial and chartered accountancy roles, including Zurich Insurance and Reuters Television in London, Andrew joined IGT Australia in March 1997 as Financial Planning Manager. Promoted to CFO in December 1999, Andrew was appointed to the role of Managing Director in April 2005. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Newcastle and is also a qualified FCPA.
Tom Sjahry
General Manager - Finance
With a finance industry background, including senior finance positions at institutions such as Aon, ING and CBA, Tom commenced with IGT Australia in January 2004 as Finance Manager. In April 2005, Tom was appointed General Manager of Finance, with a portfolio of responsibilities covering all financial operations, information technology, corporate activities and legal. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CPA.
Norris Goudy
General Manager - Sales & Marketing
With a long-standing background in the international gaming industry, Norris's career began with Aristocrat in the 80s followed by Ainsworth in the 90s, where he distributed many thousands of gaming machines worldwide, achieving strong domestic and international market share. In 2004 Norris joined IGT as General Manager Sales & Marketing and has since focused on growing IGT's local market share and positioning the company as a leader in Australia and New Zealand.
Emil Paya
General Manager - Operations
Emil has been associated with the local gaming industry for 27 years, with companies including Jubilee Sales and Aristocrat. Since commencing with IGT in 1986, Emil has held management positions in both sales and service, including being appointed General Manager of Service in 1994 and General Manager of Operations in 1998. Emil's portfolio of responsibilities covers all service operations, manufacturing, planning, purchasing and logistics.
John Duffy
General Manager - Product Development & Compliance
John has been a Director on the AGMMA Board and was Chairman of the Technical Committee for five years. John holds a degree in computer science and mathematics, and has a broad range of gaming manufacturing knowledge across software engineering, game design, quality control and compliance. John now manages all product development for IGT Australia.
Colin Gray
General Manager - IGT Systems
Colin has over 20 years' experience working in a wide range of business and systems environments, including mining, postal, telecommunications, electricity distribution and gaming. Commencing with TATE in 1998 as the Project Management Practice Leader, Colin's technical and design capability, combined with experience in both strategic and tactical management positions and IGT's acquisition of TATE in 2006, led to his appointment as General Manager of IGT Systems in 2007. Colin holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Information Systems.
